We pack every order by hand at our shop in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, and want it to reach you fresh and in great shape.
Where we ship
We ship everything, cheese included, anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All orders ship by USPS. We don't ship outside the US.
Shipping options and cost
At checkout, you choose how your order ships:
USPS Ground Advantage: usually 2 to 5 business days, and usually the lower price.
USPS Priority Mail: usually 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Weather and holidays can cause delays. Sending cheese in warm weather? Priority Mail means less time on the road.
Discounted shipping on orders $99+
Orders of $99 or more get discounted shipping. The cost is a percentage of your order, based on how far it's going from our shop in New Wilmington, PA:
Nearby: 10% of your order
Eastern & Central US: 15% of your order
Plains, Texas & Rockies: 20% of your order
West Coast, Alaska & Hawaii: 25% of your order
For example, a $120 order shipping to Texas costs $24 to ship. Your exact shipping cost always shows at checkout before you pay.
Orders under $99 are charged live USPS rates. Live USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail rates are always offered at checkout, so you can pick whichever works best for you.
When we ship
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
Cheese and other perishables ship Monday through Wednesday only, so they don't sit in a post office over the weekend. Orders placed later in the week ship on the next ship day.
On very hot days, we may hold cheese orders until it cools down. If we hold yours, we'll email you.
Gift boxes
Each gift box ships to the recipient address you enter for that box, so one order can send boxes to different people.
Please double-check each recipient's name and address.
Sending other items as a gift
For anything other than a gift box, enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout, and your own details as the billing address. These items ship to one address per order.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address carefully, especially apartment numbers and ZIP codes. We can't change an address once a package has shipped.
Damaged or spoiled items
Call us within 2 days of delivery for cheese and perishables, or within 7 days for everything else. Please take photos of the item and the box. We'll review what happened and make it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
